Ms Mapule Ditshego
Lady M’s Exclusive Assistance is solely/exclusively founded by Ms Mapule Ditshego, she has extensive experience in Administration and being a Personal Assistant in both the Public and Private Sector. She is an efficient (able to prioritize and give value for money), flexible, proactive (takes initiative), organized, target driven (goal orientated), a self-managed individual with the ability to apply knowledge and with great project management skills.
Currently working as a Virtual and Personal Assistant, she is benefiting all the companies she is working for, she is always contributing to any company’s success by delivering a high standard of service to both Domestic and International Markets and building a healthly working relationship with co-workers and more importantly clients.
Due to the experience she has in performing Secretarial and Administrative duties, she has acquired the following competencies;

4.Able to work under pressure by prioritizing urgent activities/ deadlines/ operations and being able to somewhere sacrifice on family time by willing to work beyond normal working hours and to multi-task;

7. Advanced Microsoft programs (Access, Email, Excel, PowerPoint Projects and Word).
Ms Ditshego is professional, capable, determined, confident & passionate about her work and she takes pride in executing and completing her responsibilities with accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness because that is a requirement for customer centricity.
